I hired Dries Painting to inspect, repair and paint the first and
second floor soffits of my home. Built in 1915, the house is listed on
both the state and federal historical registries. Over time, portions of
the wooden soffits had deteriorated and appeared to be separating from
the copper gutters. It was clear that there was a water problem, but the
source was not.
At the onset of the project, Don and his employees needed to determine
the construction of the gutter system which was built into the soffits.
